Definition:
ISOCOAT is a decorative finishing coat. It also acts as a protective screen enveloping spray-on fibre applications.
A paste render which hardens on drying forming a finishing coat on our ISOTHERM and ISOFLAM products.
Uses:
A protective coating on spray-on fibre applications,ISOCOAT solves the problem of fibre resistance to strong air movements.
ISOCOAT can be painted.
ISOCOAT can also be used as a decorative indoor plaster for all types of premises.
Packaging–Storage:
- Packaging: bags made from airtight polythene, in a cardboard package or in a 25 kg bucket.
- Conservation: lasts for approximately 10 months between 6 and 25°C.
- Store in a frost proof place.
Characteristics:
- Colour: white (tinting possible (consult us for details))
- State: semi-solid
- Consumption: 1 to 3 kg per m². (Varies according to application and finishing state of the spray-applied product).
- Appearance: rustic grain.
- Finishing: can take all classic paint.
- Remains intact even when subjected to air movements in the order of 10m pers.
- Vermin and rodent-resistant.
- Fireproof (M0)
- No toxic gas emanation in the event of fire.
- Chemically inert, rot-proof, fungicidal.
Application :
- Ready to use product in paste form. (dilution up to 10% possible)
- Application: projection using classic airless type equipment.
- On all prepared, old and new surfaces.
- Ambient and surface temperature must be higher than + 5°C.
- Partial drying: 24 hrs on fibrous surfaces and 10 to 15 hrs on hard surfaces depending on weather conditions and ventilation of premises.
- 1 to 5mm thick.
