Definition:

ISOFILM contains mineral compounds in an aqueous solution.

It is a finishing product which hardens on drying after impregnation into the mineral fibre.

Use:

Fine spray with a gun,ISOFILM is used as a fixative to prevent fibre loss and dust, to harden the exposed side of the spray-on product.

ISOFILM is applied to the surface of spray-on ISOTHERM or ISOFLAM, EURISOL products.

Packaging-Storage:

• Packaging: in 30 kg polythene drums.
• Conservation: between 6 months at between 6 and 25°C.
• Store protected from frost.

Characteristics:

• Colour: colourless
• State: translucent viscose liquid
• Consumption: 800 to 1000 g per m². (Varies according to application and finishing state of the spray-applied product).

Application:

• Product ready to use. No dilution necessary.
• Application: spray gun, pump pressure: 10 to 12 bars.
• On a fibrous surface with rolled or floated finish (compressed).
• Ambient and surface temperature must be higher than +5°C.
• Partial drying: 3 to 6 hours, depending on weather conditions.

Safety instructions:

• Wear gloves and glasses.
• If accidentally splashed into the eyes, rinse eyes thoroughly with water for 5 mins. If an irritation appears, consult a doctor.
• In the event of contact with the skin, wash the affected part with water and soap.
• In the event of accidental swallowing drink plenty of drinking water.
