Adhesive primer for difficult surfaces

Definition:

ISOFIX PLUS contains suspended acrylic polymers in an aqueous solution.

An organic adhesive developed for bonding sprayed on mineral wools with inorganic binders onto all surfaces that are delicate or difficult to treat in the usual way.

Use:

ISOFIX PLUS is especially recommended for bonding ISOTHERM and ISOFLAM fibrous blends onto various difficult surfaces including very smooth surfaces and porous surfaces.

Packaging-Storage:

Packaging: in 30 kg polythene drums.
Conservation: approximately 4 months at between 6 and 25°C.
Store protected from frost.

Characteristics:

Colour: milky white.
State: Creamy liquid.
Viscosity: 9 000 – 10 000 m.Pa.s at 22°C.
Consumption: 300 to 400 g per m². (Varies according to application).

Application:

Product ready to use, no dilution necessary.
Application: roller.
On dry, clean and firm surface, free from all traces of formwork release agent, mortar chalking, paint chips or residue.
Ambient and surface temperature must be higher than + 5°C.
Partial drying: 1 to 4 hours depending on weather conditions.

Safety instructions:

Wear gloves and glasses.
If accidentally splashed into the eyes, rinse eyes thoroughly with water for 5 mins. If an irritation appears, consult a doctor.
In the event of contact with the skin, wash the affected part with water and soap.
In the event of accidental swallowing drink plenty of drinking water.
