Adhesive primer suitable for all surfaces

Definition:

ISOFIX TS contains suspended acrylic polymers in an aqueous solution.

An organic glue developed to bond sprayed on mineral wool with inorganic binders, onto all non-concrete surfaces.

Uses:

ISOFIX TS is especially recommended for bonding ISOTHERM and ISOFLAM fibrous blends onto various surfaces including metal.

Sprayed on finely with a gun, ISOFIX TS can be used as a fixative to prevent fibre loss and dust, to harden the exposed side of the sprayed on product.

Packing–Storage:

• Packaging: in 30 kg polythene drums.
• Conservation: approximately 4 months between 6 and 25°C.
• Storage away from frost.

Characteristics:

• Colour: milky white.
• State: Viscose liquid.
• Viscosity: 8 000 – 9 000 m.Pa.s at 22°C.
• Consumption: 250 to 350 g per m². (Varies according to type of application and surface porosity).

Application :

• Product ready to use, no dilution necessary.
• Application: roller (preferably) or gun.
• On dry, clean and firm surface, free from all traces of formwork release agent, mortar chalking, paint chips or residue.
• Ambient and surface temperature must be higher than + 5°C.
• Partial drying: 1 to 4 hours depending on weather conditions.

Handling precaution:

• Wearing of gloves and glasses recommended.
• In the event of accidental splash in the eyes, rinse eyes thoroughly with water for 5 mins.
  If an irritation appears, consult a doctor.
• In the event of contact with the skin, wash the affected part with water and soap.
• In the event of accidentally swallowed drink drinking water.
